    Packaging method for color coated steel coils:
    Simple packaging: With basic protection and cost control as the core, it uses single-layer PE film wrapped to prevent moisture and dust, combined with simple edge protection. ​
    Precision packaging: The entire process is reinforced with protection, with a double-layer PE film and PE coated kraft paper on the inner layer to prevent scratching and wear. The core is inserted with thickened steel pipes to prevent deformation, and the outer layer is equipped with galvanized steel cylinders (single roll) or IPPC wooden pallets and steel bars for fixation (batch), with desiccants and waterproof oilcloth added. ​
    Customized packaging: Adjust according to customer's special needs, such as customizing labels (multilingual/specific certification marks) according to target market compliance requirements, customizing packaging specifications according to product size, or adding cushioning materials, anti-counterfeiting packaging, etc. for high value-added orders.
